Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hair services with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing personalized consultations and recommendations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services, and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology license
  • Previous relevant salon experience preferred
  • Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
