About the RoleAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes to the nursing staff. You will also participate in recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff in a timely manner
- Participate in recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance residents' quality of life
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as current State-Certified Nursing Assistant certification. You will also need to be able to lift objects up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
