Summer Sales Representative

Rumble Pest Solutions is seeking highly motivated Sales Associates to join our dynamic door-to-door sales team for the summer season. What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales to promote Rumble Pest Solutions' services.
- Learn and deliver proven sales scripts to educate customers on our offerings and close deals.
- Participate in live, hands-on training with company owners and team leaders to refine your sales pitch and techniques.
- Work collaboratively in small groups of 2-3 to maintain motivation and accountability.
- Track sales performance and strive to exceed daily and weekly goals.
What We Offer
- Competitive Earnings: Average first-year Sales Associates earn $35,000–$50,000 during the summer season. Reps with 1-2 years of sales experience typically generate $140,000+ in revenue in their first summer, significantly higher than industry averages.

Daily pitch classes during the summer, guided by owners who actively participate in sales. Hands-on, live training directly on the doors with experienced leaders, ensuring you hit the ground running.

Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required, but preferred candidates include background in community outreach, service work, or 1-2 summers of D2D sales experience. Candidates willing to relocate for the summer. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience, and a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in small groups and stay motivated throughout the season.
