Job Requirements
  • We seek an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, and take initiative while staying focused on results and performance goals is essential.
  • Staff development skills, leadership abilities, and solid time management skills are also crucial.
Required Experience and Skills
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
  • A Master's degree in Taxation is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations is required.
  • Experience with Real Estate Tax is preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of tax law is necessary.
  • Strong review skills of 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 returns are required.
  • Strong tax research experience and skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for client relationship management.
  • Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week during tax season is required.
