Qualifications:
Master's degree in nutrition and dietetics or related field. Certification as a Registered Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Experience with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and body image work. Familiarity with military body composition requirements and culture. Licensure as a Dietitian in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain a license).

Responsibilities:
Develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal body mass index. Conduct nutritional assessments and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Support lifestyle changes through educational outreach at wellness events. Engage with local health and wellness groups, the Office of the State Surgeon, and other Guard entities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Provide nutrition counseling and education to Service Members. Conduct research and analysis to inform nutrition programs. Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide training and education to staff on nutrition-related topics. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition services. Foster partnerships with community organizations to promote healthy lifestyles. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition.
