About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our community operations team at Danbury Hudson. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality services are provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate, plan, implement, monitor, direct, and evaluate all aspects of community operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members to achieve exceptional resident satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Policy Development: Work with the corporate team to develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern community operations.
  • Community Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, visitors, and external agencies.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in state surveys and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Development: Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department directors, team leaders, and staff members.
  • Training and Development: Plan, conduct, and schedule in-service training classes and on-the-job training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional resident care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Four Years' Experience: In a supervisory capacity in an assisted living community.
  • Licensure: Possession of a Nursing Home Administrator license or Assisted Living equivalent, or meet licensure requirements for the State of Ohio.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of Ohio Residential Care Facility rules and regulations, and the survey process.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate policies, procedures, regulations, reports, and other information to staff, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.
  • Leadership: Possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure a sound community operation.
