About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Flagtown, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their rehabilitation potential and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and function.
  • Use various techniques, including transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
