Job Description

The College Advising Corps is a dynamic team that works closely with high school students to provide guidance and support in their college and career aspirations.

As an Academic Guidance Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing college advising programs that cater to the needs of diverse student populations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and community partners
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective college advising strategies
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  4. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  5. 2+ years of experience in college advising, teaching, or a related field
