Job Description
The After Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our service department, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing service contracts, invoicing, and renewals;
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth;
* Working closely with project teams to provide spare parts and support services;
* Managing all phases of small projects from concept to completion;
* Providing technical support and training to service team members;

This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, including experience managing a team, and expert-level knowledge of Excel. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a flexible work schedule.
