Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our life insurance sales team at The Prugar Agency. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and building strong client relationships.
This is a commission-based role in life and health insurance with opportunities for career advancement and agency ownership.
The ideal candidate will have a State Insurance license or be willing to obtain one. If you're not already licensed, we offer a fast-track licensing program to help you get started quickly.
- Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and sales data.
- Requirements:
- A State Insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Experience in life and health insurance sales.
