About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identities and Access Management Supervisor to join our Technology Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security of our organization's cloud infrastructure, leading M365 Cloud Security initiatives, and implementing security processes and controls to increase our business security posture.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the Identities and Access Management team.
  • Lead M365 Cloud Security initiatives and track/report status of projects.
  • Configure and integrate cloud security controls within M365 and Azure.
  • Implement security processes and controls to meet various audit requirements.
  • Manage Privileged Access Management solution to protect critical resources.
  • Utilize Microsoft Purview for compliance and risk management.
  • Intune management and configuration of policies to protect company workstations and mobile devices.
  • Work with SIEM and SOC team to ensure data feeds are received for proper analysis.
  • Continuously monitor threat and vulnerability sources for potential risks.
  • Lead incident response team providing troubleshooting, analysis, and forensics for issues requiring deeper attention.
  • Interface with other teams to provide increased security to existing or new cloud initiatives.
  • Research new Cloud service/application offerings and create comparative assessment reports.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform tools and services.
  • 2 years of managing/supervising Identity and Access Management technical teams.
  • Experience with Azure security, including RBAC, management groups, and Information Protection.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills relating to resolving systems issues and investigating security-related issues or events.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience with cloud SIEM platforms.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our organization's cloud assets.
  • Capability to provide after-hours support to identify and resolve issues relating to accessing corporate IT-managed resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Maximize knowledge transfer through the production of easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Delivery-focused with a capacity to drive tasks forward to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
