Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant financial and operational experience, ideally within a large and complex organization.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including Pivot tables and formulas.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in research financial management and clinical department operations is preferred.
