Automotive Support Specialist

Mavis Tire Supply seeks a highly skilled Automotive Assistant/Service Manager to join our team in the Asheville, NC area. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of automotive repairs, and excellent customer service.
About the Position
The Automotive Assistant/Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling mechanics' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate must possess basic math and pc skills, as well as knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid vacations, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
