Automotive Store Management Specialist

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking an experienced Automotive Store Management Specialist to lead our Asheville retail location. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
- Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Implement and manage sales programs to drive revenue growth
- Communicate directly with customers, assessing their needs and providing information on requested and necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
We are seeking an individual with 1 year of experience in retail store management or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of retail sales and operations.
