Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment, and kitchen areas.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the dish washing machine according to established procedures.
  • Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing.
  • Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken.
  • Perform other related cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
