Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Glass Roots Construction, LLC. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for performing general laborer duties and supporting construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general laborer duties, including preparing ground trenches for pipes and utility lines, removing, filling, or compacting earth, and signaling equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery.
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment on the truck.
  • Set up and clean up the site, including setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers and at times flagging traffic.
  • May be required to work overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies, or be on-call as work is needed to ensure work is completed.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in construction (preferred).
  • CDL A (preferred).
