Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to become an integral part of our expanding Finance Systems team. This role is vital in designing and architecting scalable finance systems to support Circle's growth in a dynamic corporate landscape. You will collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives, automation of finance processes, and international expansion of current and future finance systems.

Areas of Focus:

Leading the implementation of Oracle Financials and guiding the team through design choices. Collaborating with accounting and other finance teams to enable new functionalities within Oracle ERP and additional finance systems. Driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for effective solution design. Documenting and managing testing processes and related approvals for system modifications. Assisting finance teams in providing necessary responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Over 12 years of relevant experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and other finance platforms. Proven experience in implementing ERP systems such as Oracle Financials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with all organizational levels. Exceptional change management abilities and a talent for leading teams through transitions. Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and adept at multitasking and problem-solving. Self-motivated, attentive, and committed to follow-through. Eager to add value and continuously seek improvement opportunities both individually and as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is advantageous.

Additional Information:

This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Starting pay is influenced by multiple factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may vary for candidates in different locations.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500

Annual Bonus Target:

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays each year.
