Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff assignments, caseloads, and productivity to ensure optimal patient care.
- Evaluate staffing levels and clinical competence to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met.
- Provide clinical guidance and coaching for complex situations, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Manage quality and fiscal outcomes, service utilization, targeted case mix, and productivity levels to drive business growth.
- Prepare and analyze reports to inform patient care and team performance decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Rehab discipline required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years progressively responsible clinical experience with at least 1 year recent home health experience.
- Prior supervisory or management experience required.
- Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software applications.
- Local travel required.
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of home health Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms.
