About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Control: Manage labor costs, inventory costs, and other expenses to ensure that our restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring that our restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including handling customer payments and making change.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our restaurant, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Profitability: Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve profitability.
