Internship Overview:
The Legend Seeds Marketing Trainee position provides a hands-on opportunity within the seed and agricultural domain. This role is crucial for supporting the marketing efforts during peak operational periods while allowing the intern to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with growers, dealers, and potential clients at various events, ensuring a positive representation of the Legend Seeds brand.
- Promote the Legend Seeds brand and events through digital platforms, including social media and blogs.
- Assist the marketing team with various tasks, such as direct mail campaigns and email communications.
- Generate innovative ideas to boost the visibility of the Legend Seeds brand.
- Aid in the creation of marketing materials and provide support for trade shows and dealer meetings.
- Facilitate event planning and execution, including agricultural exhibitions and dealer kickoffs.
- Support account managers and dealers with their marketing needs.
- Contribute to various projects and tasks as required.
- Compile a comprehensive summary or presentation of the internship experience.

Content Development:
- Assist in crafting marketing materials, including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases.

Graphic Design Support:
- Help design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Media Production:
- Assist in capturing and editing photographs and videos for marketing initiatives or social media purposes.
- Contribute ideas and conduct research to aid in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in journalism, marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Proficient in technology, particularly applications and social media.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and software, especially Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Work Environment:
This internship is structured for full-time engagement, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements for earlier start times or weekend work based on job responsibilities.

Travel Requirements:
Some travel may be necessary within the regional area for event support, including occasional overnight stays.
