CAD Designer at CBRE

CBRE is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for designing and preparing electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects.
  • Prepare and produce proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.
  • Review updated various drawings for changes, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.
  • Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly.
  • Conduct surveys of space and prepare detailed reports.
  • Point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.
  • Collect on-site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions and data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
