Lead a Team of Insurance Professionals

We're seeking a skilled Office Manager to lead our team of insurance professionals in Bucks County, PA. As an Office Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a positive agency reputation through excellent customer relations and marketing efforts
  • Create and enforce office policies, standards, and procedures to ensure smooth operations and profitability
  • Supervise personnel, manage daily operations, and hold staff accountable to performance goals
  • Assist in customer claims processing and resolution
Requirements:
  • Must have Allstate Agency experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and coach a team; management experience a plus
  • Highly capable of managing all business operations
  • Straight-forward communicator, dependable, and strong leadership skills
  • Must have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring, and driven to fulfill customers' needs
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license a plus
