Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Emergency Department team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Pediatric Emergency Department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the emergency department
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience in the acute care setting
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
