Overnight Bakery Production Associate

Position Overview

As an Overnight Bakery Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our pie production line. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating various positions along the pie production line
  • Assisting in the preparation of dough, pans, and flour
  • Conducting quality inspections and reworking pies to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Restocking supplies necessary for the production process
  • Efficiently packing and organizing pies for distribution
  • Supporting team members with additional tasks as needed

Compensation Details

Starting pay ranges from $1.00 to $2.00 above the minimum wage based on experience and skill level. Additional compensation includes:
  • A meal differential of $0.50 per hour if a cafeteria is not available
  • A night differential of $0.75 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 3:00 a.m.
  • A weekend differential of $2.00 per hour for hours worked from Saturday to Sunday
Year-End Bonus

To acknowledge your contributions throughout the year, a Holiday Bonus is provided in November. The bonus structure is as follows:
  • 15 hours of pay for the first year of continuous employment
  • One week's pay for the second year, contingent on continued employment
  • Two weeks' pay for subsequent years

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Experience working with machinery
