Job Description

The Chapel Office Manager role at LADGOV CORPORATION involves providing administrative support, including technical writing, proofreading, and editing of documents. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities with responsible individuals for other programs and events, serving as the primary social media manager, and operating as a customer service representative for the Chapel.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
  • Provide administrative support, including technical writing, proofreading, and editing of documents.
  • Coordinate activities with responsible individuals for other programs and events.
  • Serve as the primary social media manager.
  • Serve as the primary facility scheduler.
  • Operate as a customer service representative for the Chapel, answering phones and providing information and guidance.

Qualifications and Benefits:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with at least two years of experience as an administrative assistant. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and manage diverse program requirements. We offer a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
