Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at Holiday Station Stores - Workday. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ring up sales on a cash register, handle money, checks, and other types of payment
  • Perform multi-function operations of fuel consoles, lottery machines, and other equipment
  • Maintain store cleanliness and perform basic upkeep and cleaning of equipment
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness
  • Complete build-to's for ordering and purchasing merchandise
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries
  • Control merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses
  • Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
