About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
  • Lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store performance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
