Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Shottenkirk Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience at our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relay information to the Service Technicians.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the range of services available and contact customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status.
- Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Service Advisor experience required, with import vehicle experience preferred.
- An energetic, upbeat, engaging attitude.
- CDK experience is a plus.
- Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
