Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations and provide expert advice.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
