Our collaborative approach emphasizes early intervention and tailored care to ensure every child flourishes. We are in search of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement naturalistic therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment
  • Work alongside various clinical professionals to develop customized treatment strategies
  • Apply the Early Start Denver Model in therapeutic practices
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech and occupational therapists, as well as psychologists
  • Evaluate and revise treatment plans while maintaining communication with families
  • Guide and support families throughout their journey

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in early intervention practices
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency with technology tools
