Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical screenings of donors to ensure their eligibility to donate plasma.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors.
- Monitor donor health and safety during the donation process.
- Identify and report any potential health risks or concerns to the Plasma Center Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift materials up to 32 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
