Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and unique experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Manage the menu and ensure that guests have a wide range of options to choose from
- Take a hands-on approach to work and be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Less than 1 year of related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
