Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Oncology Services to lead our Oncology department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of our service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical direction and leadership to the Oncology department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Manage the department's budget and financial performance
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement process improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Montana
  • At least 5 years of experience as an RN in Oncology
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Leadership courses through continuing education conferences
  • Demonstrated success in team building, collaborative work with physicians, project management, and process improvement projects
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership/Management, or Healthcare-related field preferred
