This role will involve orchestrating both studio and on-location video production efforts.As a pivotal member of our Media team, you will play a significant role in inspiring and equipping adventurers through our diverse content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop top-tier video content that aligns with Huckberry's media and content strategies.
Oversee the creative and logistical aspects of assigned video projects.
Drive the ideation and storyboarding processes, focusing on effective video formats tailored to our audience and distribution channels.
Collaborate across departments, including Creative, Product, and Marketing, to enhance major product and brand campaigns with high-quality video content.
Establish and maintain a reliable network of freelance content creators.
Manage budgets for freelance videographers, motion graphics, music, and other production elements.
Facilitate day-to-day communications with external personalities and content creators.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in content production, particularly for digital platforms like YouTube and social media, with a preference for backgrounds in media companies or production agencies.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with freelance editors, cinematographers, and production teams.
Experience in managing sponsored content projects with external brands and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and its application in video production (including Photoshop, Media Encoder, After Effects, and Audition).
Knowledge of various camera systems and their functionalities.
A passion for Men's Style and Gear, coupled with a love for Adventure.
A keen eye for storytelling and video presentation that resonates on platforms like YouTube and social media.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to motivate a team of creatives.
