Responsibilities
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform linen changes, tidy services, and laundry duties to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, appliances, and furniture to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Refill liquid and paper products, and arrange amenities in a neat and organized manner.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, and vacuum carpets to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Clean and disinfect common areas, including lobbies, offices, and storage rooms.
  • Perform routine deep cleaning services, including ozone/air filtration, ceiling fan cleaning, and AC filter maintenance.
  • Conduct room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and towels.
  • Maintain and inventory cleaning supplies and other consumable products.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial housekeeping experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
  • Must be able to become OSHA 10 certified prior to employment.
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changes in work practices and schedules.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Excellent work habits, good judgment, and exemplary customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor cleaners.
  • Ability to understand and implement corrective practices resulting from quality control inspections.
  • Must maintain a safe work environment by understanding and adhering to all safety data sheet instructions, employer and client-provided protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from work daily as scheduled.
  • Pass a criminal background check for the past seven years and identify all countries lived in the past seven years.
  • Pass a drug and alcohol screening prior to employment.
  • Moderate physical activity required, including handling objects up to 25 pounds, standing and/or walking for more than six hours per day.
