Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compounder to join our team at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. As a Compounder, you will play a critical role in the production of high-performance thermoplastic materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
  • Monitor and control the mixing of resin, pigment, and other materials to achieve desired quality and consistency
  • Perform daily compound reports and production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; mechanical ability and reasoning skills preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift and use various measuring devices
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance record and history of safe working behaviors
