Job Summary

The Sports Recovery Coach is a key member of our team at UFC Gym, responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and driving revenue growth through private training and recovery sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service
    • Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions with members.
    • Provide manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, or other recovery modalities to members.
    • Assist members in achieving their fitness goals and encourage their involvement in private training and recovery programs.
  • Member Experience
    • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive member experience.
    • Be a brand ambassador for UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
    • Conduct safe and effective private training sessions, maintaining a clean and organized fitness floor and training spaces.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Follow all policies and procedures regarding payment transactions and document daily workouts for liability purposes.
    • Be knowledgeable of club facilities and services, and respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Must be a licensed massage therapist (LMT), athletic trainer, or physical therapist, or have experience with recovery modalities.
    • Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
    • Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
  • Experience
    • Minimum six months of related experience (preferred).
