Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at GeorgiaGov. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects for state-owned facilities, ensuring they are completed according to contract documents and plans, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the management of construction projects for state-owned facilities
  • Ensure projects are completed according to contract documents and plans, and within budget
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Five years of experience working in the Project Management Environment

Competencies:

  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem resolution, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with highly skilled professionals

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of traveling statewide to construction sites in various stages of development
