We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Examiner in Production to join our team at NovaWorks Solutions. As an Intermediate Examiner, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities- Process Planning and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and procedures.
- Equipment Selection and Setup: Determine and select the most suitable testing equipment and methods to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct thorough quality and incoming goods inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Measurement Program Development: Create and implement measurement programs to simulate the testing process and evaluate results.
- Result Evaluation and Documentation: Document and evaluate test results, and approve minor tolerance deviations in assigned tasks.
- Error Prevention and Correction: Design and implement measures to prevent errors and ensure continuous improvement.
- Final Inspection and Approval: Conduct final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Education and Experience: Successfully completed a three-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or similar qualification, with experience and additional qualifications in quality assurance.
