Job Title: Manufacturing Lab Technician

At Bruker Nano Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Lab Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of reagents used in various NanoString Analysis Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production of reagents used in various NanoString Analysis Systems
  • Learn and perform both manual and automated production processes for the manufacturing of raw, intermediate, and final reagents
  • Operate semi-automated and automated scientific equipment
  • Perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and navigate Document Control systems
  • Comply with professional policies and practices to work safely and resolve routine issues
Requirements:
  • A 2-year associates degree in a scientific discipline or industry relevant certificate program
  • Previous exposure in a lab environment, including handling non- to low-hazard chemicals
  • Analytical, organizational, documentation, and communications skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift and carry 20-25 lbs.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience using a micropipet
  • Good manual dexterity to work in a molecular biology laboratory environment
  • Ability to collect and record data in laboratory notebook
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $53,000, depending on experience, education, and location. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive and a range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, medical and dental plans, life insurance, and paid time off.
