Job Description

The Labor Management Specialist will be responsible for managing staff coverage for the care team department based on established guidelines under the direction of the Care Team Manager. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of staffing, including call-offs and replacements
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and management team members
  • Provide support to residents or pass medication as directed by the Care Team Manager or Executive Director

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Caregiver Med Passer and/or Caregiver Lead experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
