Position Overview:

Relocation Assistance: Eligible candidates may receive up to $8,000 in relocation support.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be accountable for:

  • Facilitating communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and the patient/family to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process in accordance with established care standards and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Schedule: 4 days/week - Monday to Friday, 7am - 5:30pm. On-call duties required, including one weekend per month.

Ideal Candidate: Must reside within 30 minutes for on-call duties and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Perioperative, or Telemetry settings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduates from an accredited School of Nursing are required for new graduates and preferred for experienced RNs.

Experience:

  • One year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Specialized nursing skills and knowledge pertinent to the specialty area.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current RN License required; valid state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium Work - Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Cardiac Cath Lab: Our four-room cardiovascular lab specializes in interventional and structural heart procedures, including Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), MitraClip, and various ablation techniques. The Cath Lab team collaborates closely with specialty medical providers, ensuring comprehensive care for inpatients and outpatients.
