Job Description

At Hudson Headwaters Health Network, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including content creation and delivery, signage, staff communications, and enewsletters. They will also assist with updating and ordering print marketing collateral, handouts, and resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day department tasks and functions
  • Updating and ordering print marketing collateral
  • Creating signage for new and existing buildings
  • Coordinating distribution of marketing collateral and materials
  • Preparing promotional presentations and packets
  • Coordinating logistics for corporate teams and events
  • Providing comprehensive support for community and Network events
  • Managing receipt of branded giveaway requests and marketing project requests
  • Overseeing Company Store inventory and reporting on sales
  • Updating news sections and ensuring accuracy of information on the company intranet
  • Working closely with the IS Hweb support team member to improve intranet functionality
  • Supporting creation and distribution of internal updates and enewsletters
  • Overseeing the content calendar and assisting with content creation for social media
  • Coordinating leadership and provider headshots
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of patient and partner email and mailing lists
  • Managing Wrike, the department's project management platform
  • Preparing and submitting finance forms and tracking budget expenses
  • Assisting with business card ordering and distribution
  • Scheduling and managing meetings for the department
  • Managing photo library and department files

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a marketing environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools

This is a 40-hour per week position with occasional additional hours as needed. The pay rate is $20.40/hour.
