Customer Service Insurance Representative

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our members through phone, email, and other channels
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to our insurance products and services
- Work within defined guidelines to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for multiple USAA Property & Casualty personal line products
- Assist members with new and existing USAA policies to deepen their relationship with the company
- Identify, evaluate, and understand member needs to consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service for our members by communicating clearly and professionally by phone, and email to process information related to insurance products
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
