Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service smart home systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales skills and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Field technician experience, preferably in a related industry such as cable installation, internet installation, or pest control.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
Physical Demands
  • Lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
  • Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
  • Work in attics and other limited-space areas.
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
