Job Summary: InSite Support Services & Insure Response is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Catastrophe Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking calls from customers and gathering and documenting detailed and accurate information on losses to submit to the carrier.
About the Role:
- Communicate effectively with customers and agents through both verbal and written communication.
- Provide professional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Take calls from customers and gather detailed and accurate information on losses.
- Document customer information and submit it to the carrier in a timely manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations with ease.
- Meet productivity and quality standards and contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and agents.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and work well under pressure.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
