Fast Pace Health is a dynamic healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care in rural communities. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team, playing a crucial role in leading clinic staff and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. This involves analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Additionally, the candidate will order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff: Provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Clinical protocols: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Patient charts: Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Compliance: Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
- Diagnostic tests: Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests.
- Meds and wound care: Prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions, including wound care.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters Degree in Nursing.
- License: Family Nurse Practitioner License.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
