Job Summary

Edgesource Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Resource Analyst to support budget execution and financial analysis activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and tracking program execution status, gathering information for Benefit-Cost Ratio's (BCR's), and providing recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on financial taskings and provide input to leadership on business process improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to senior leadership on the program's financial status during program management reviews.
  • Develop spend plans, allocate and execute funds according to spending priorities, and work closely with project managers to define requirements and justify financial needs.
  • Analyze the program's execution and track expenditures against available budget, providing regular status updates to leadership on the financial status and recommending solutions and strategies.
  • Gather information for and track BCR packages and Economy Act Transfers.
Requirements
  • Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience, Master's degree and 6+ years of related work experience, or a PhD and 4+ years of related work experience.
  • Forward leaning and high attention to detail, with the ability to be strategic and build consensus with disparate groups.
  • Demonstrated use of Microsoft Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with BASIS or COGNOS-based applications.
