Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages, and ratios, as well as basic accounting skills for understanding customer transactions.

Language Proficiency:

Effective communication skills are essential for interaction with customers and colleagues. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to identify problems, gather data, and interpret information from various sources.

Work History:

Demonstrated stability and relevant experience in customer care or related fields is preferred.
