Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients' needs and psychosocial status.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients, providing psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment goals and participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences.
  • Provide documentation of patient information, referrals, and supportive services.
  • Supervise interns and assigned staff.
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification: One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor, Counselor, Social Worker (Clinical Practice), or Social Worker.
  • Education: Master's degree required.
